Suanne Ritchey, Executive Director – 845-279-4585 option 3:
Suanne recently joined the staff at Temple Beth Elohim. She comes to us with many years of office experience. She has worked in a police department, for a computer programmer, owned her own business and, most recently, worked in a physical therapy office in Brewster. She lives in Putnam Lake with her husband, Tom and two sons, Tommy and Matthew and their dog, Tiki. Suanne is an avid football fan and is very loyal to the Dallas Cowboys, although she is a lifelong New Yorker. With a family of New York Giants fans, football season is very exciting in her house. Suanne is appreciative of the opportunity to work at Temple Beth Elohim and is excited at the prospect of learning new things.
Allyson Bellio, Assitant Executive Director – 845 279-4585 option 1:
Allyson recently joined the staff at Temple Beth Elohim. She comes to us with many years of office experience. She has worked for a Public Relations services company, in marketing and as an independent consultant. She lives in Somers with her husband, Robert and their two sons. Allyson enjoys Yoga, hiking and reading.
Joseph Greenfield, Dean, Judaic Studies – 845 279-4585 option 5:
Joe and his family have been members of Temple Beth Elohim for over 25 years. He has enjoyed teaching the Confirmation Classes (8th and 9th grades). He supervises the Judaic Studies classes and faculty.
Joe is a New York State licensed teacher and has earned a Master’s Degree in Curriculum Development and Instruction. He also earned a New York State School District Superintendent’s license. He has studied Jewish history and Bible study with Rabbi Acrish, and completed the Hadrachah training program given by the Union for Reform Judaism and taught by learned Rabbis and Cantors.
Joe lives with his wife, Ruth, and one of their grown children, Nick, in Carmel, New York. His two daughters live fairly close by.
Judy Coco, Dean, Hebrew and Music – 845 279-4585 option 5:
Judy and her family joined Temple Beth Elohim in August 2004 and immediately became engaged and active members. Besides playing mah jong, Judy started teaching 5th grade Religious School. That first year, the class led the Shabbat Service, and a trend was started. Five years later Judy Chaired the Board of Education and continued to work with the Rabbi and our Deans to make change. Today, Judy is continuing to upgrade the skills of our children as the Dean of Hebrew Studies and Music.
Judy, her husband Joe, and her sons, Alex and Evan, live in Danbury, Connecticut.
