One of our Bat Mitzvah students is collecting art supplies for Ann’s Place in Danbury.
A list and links for purchases will be emailed soon containing the specific supplies being requested. After collecting the art supplies, Allie will assemble them to be given to people who take part in the art classes at Ann’s Place. These will be their own to take home. This project is the first of its kind there!

Ann’s Place Provides Comfort, Support, and Resources To People Living With Cancer And Their Loved Ones:A nonprofit serving Connecticut and Hudson Valley, New York with professional counseling, support groups, wellness activities and educational resources. Thousands of people facing cancer come for support, all at no charge.
Two of our Bar & Bat Mitzvah students are collecting bottles and cans and redeeming them for Every Town for Gun Safety Acton Fund for their mitzvah project.
There are bins in the hallway by the kitchen.
The Social Action Committee is collecting yarn for our Temple Knitting/Crocheting group. If you have some yarn hanging around your house that you aren’t going to use, please bring it to the Temple. There is a box in the cloakroom. We are making scarves for Putnam CAP.
